Advance payment may be required for booking confirmation.
Final payment must be cleared upon completion of the service.
Any extra work requested during the service may incur additional charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the goods and location.
Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery points.
Inform us in advance about fragile, valuable, or hazardous items.
Pack personal valuables (cash, jewellery, documents, etc.) separately — we do not take responsibility for these items.
5. Service Limitations
Alfa Packers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Heavy, oversized, or special items may require additional equipment or charges.
Services may be rescheduled in unavoidable situations.
6. Liability & Damage Policy
We take utmost care while packing and transporting your belongings. However:
Minor scratches or wear-and-tear during transportation may occur and are not covered under insurance.
Damages arising due to improper packing by the customer are not our responsibility.
For high-value goods, customers are advised to arrange transit insurance.
Alfa Packers’ liability is limited to the service amount paid by the customer, unless insurance coverage is applied.
7. Transit Insurance
Insurance is optional and available upon request.
Insurance claims, if any, must be processed directly with the insurance provider.
Alfa Packers will assist with documentation where possible but is not responsible for claim approval or rejection.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Rescheduling is allowed depending on availability and prior confirmation.
9. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be transported:
Flammable or hazardous materials
Explosives or chemicals
Illegal substances
Perishable goods (unless prior arrangement is made)
